Fiti Group 2026 Father’s Day Event | Sharing Fatherly Love, Walking Together Toward Sustainability

Father’s Day is not only a time to express our gratitude to fathers and father figures, but also a meaningful opportunity to turn love into action and incorporate sustainability into our daily lives.
In 2026, FITI Group celebrated Father’s Day by bringing together ESG principles, resource circularity, social welfare, and environmental education. Through a series of activities, employees were invited to participate and transform individual acts of care into a broader positive impact.
Circular Love · Creating with Love for Dad
Sustainability can begin with something as simple as a plastic bottle cap.
Employees were encouraged to collect and clean used plastic bottle caps before placing them at designated collection points. The Administration team then transformed the collected caps into a Father’s Day-themed art installation in the workplace.
Through the collective efforts of our employees, plastic materials that might otherwise have been discarded were given a new purpose and transformed into a creative and meaningful work of sustainable art. The initiative not only created a festive atmosphere but also raised environmental awareness throughout the workplace.
Sharing Fatherly Love · Keeping Knowledge in Circulation
A book carries not only knowledge but also the potential to share warmth and compassion.
FITI Group invited employees to donate gently used books from their homes. The donated books were appraised and resold by a professional used-book retailer, with all proceeds donated to the Sunshine Social Welfare Foundation. The donation supports rehabilitation services, employment assistance, and empowerment programs for burn survivors and people with facial differences.
By giving unused books a second life, the initiative allowed knowledge and compassion to continue circulating while generating a positive impact within the wider community.
Giving Sea Glass a New Life · A Sustainable Gift for Dad
FITI Group invited instructors from High IN Coffee to lead employees in a sea glass coaster workshop. Through this hands-on activity, participants learned how discarded glass transformed by the sea can be reclaimed and repurposed, while creating their own unique sea glass coasters.
The workshop offered employees an opportunity to experience the beauty and value of circular design firsthand. It also brought the concepts of marine conservation and environmental education into everyday life in an engaging and accessible way.
Through this series of Father’s Day activities, FITI Group sought to embed three core principles—resource circularity, social welfare, and environmental education—into its corporate culture. By taking part in these activities, employees were able to put sustainable living into practice and contribute to a more inclusive society and a healthier environment.
