Occupational Safety and Health Management System
To prevent workplace accidents, provide a safe and friendly working environment, and protect the health and safety of employees and contractors, King Ding Group has established a comprehensive occupational safety and health management system in accordance with relevant regulations and international standards. The company has implemented the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System and the TOSHMS (Taiwan Occupational Safety and Health Management System), certified by SGS, with the certificate valid from November 3, 2023, to November 3, 2026.
The company clearly defines occupational safety and health requirements for employees and contractors in relevant management documents and operating procedures. These include pre-operation risk assessments, safety education and training, and regular occupational safety inspections, specifying items and weekly execution frequencies. Through standardized SOP management, all safety inspections and improvement measures are ensured to be implemented according to plan, with traceable and auditable mechanisms to reduce operational risks and prevent occupational accidents.
The plant has established clear safety protection measures and management regulations according to different production areas and types of operations. These include the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), operational safety guidelines, equipment safety protections, and regular safety inspection mechanisms. Through on-site inspections and periodic audits, the plant ensures personnel wear appropriate PPE as required and promptly identifies and rectifies potential risks, enhancing overall operational safety.
Additionally, the plant has established an Occupational Safety and Health Committee, which holds regular meetings to review safety performance, discuss accident prevention and improvement measures, and serve as a communication platform between management and frontline units, continuously improving occupational safety and health management effectiveness.
2024 Education and Training
FITI Group places great importance on occupational safety and health, encouraging every individual to take responsibility for both their own safety and that of others. To this end, we conduct engaging and hands-on training programs designed to enhance safety awareness among employees and contractors. In 2024, approximately 1,254 participants completed training at the Taiwan sites, while about 5,966 participants completed training at the China sites.

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
To strengthen FITI’s safety risk management and advance the transformation of occupational safety governance toward a preventive model, we proactively mitigate risks at the source. Through the annual hazard identification and risk assessment system established under the Occupational Safety and Health Management System (OSHMS), we conducted a comprehensive review to evaluate potential hazards and risk exposures across all operating units, followed by continuous improvement measures. In 2024, the Taiwan Kezhong site identified a total of 982 hazard cases and formulated 3 corrective management programs for improvement.
Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Process (Kezhong Site)
Improvement of 5F Combined Office Area LightingIn the first half of 2024, the illumination in the combined office area on the 5th floor measured 239 lux. After improvement work on 16 light fixtures, the average illumination reached 300 lux, meeting the regulatory standard.
Improvement of Waste Temporary Storage Area DoorsA barrier was installed for the waste temporary storage area to prevent the gate from falling off due to repeated impacts during daily operations. This ensures the integrity of the door and strengthens safety.
Installation of Drip Trays (with Leak Sensors)To address the risk of liquid leaks from parked vehicles, improvement work was carried out to install drip trays and leak sensors, preventing hazards to personnel and vehicles caused by spills.
Occupational Safety Performance
Our company has established the “Environmental, Safety, and Health Audit Procedures.” All audits are conducted by the Environmental Safety Center using the Environmental Safety Management System, which issues audit nonconformity and improvement forms. Each department is required to log corrective actions and specific improvement measures into the system. Audit results are announced weekly, and quarterly reports on audit improvements are presented at the Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings. In 2025, there were no major occupational safety incidents involving employees or contractors.
