Foxsemicon Integrated Technology Inc. is a customer-orientated company acting with integrity, ongoing innovation, and the commitment to be a responsible stake holder to provide high-end advanced equipment for Semiconductor, Photonics, LCD, Energy, Medical , and Environmental protection. Using our core technologies in optical, mechatronics, and versatile computer-aided design, with our manufacturing capability and capacity in high vacuum, high cleanness, high vertical-integrated, smart factory automation, and system level integration and final test to fabricate next generation Nano node semiconductor equipment and medical imaging equipment. We also provide total solution on system automation.

01. Compliance with regulation:Fiti abides by international regulations or laws, and meets various applicable standards of management systems.

02. Overall participation of all employees:Fiti aims at realizing education or training, and encourage all employees to take part in the activities held by management system.

03. Green consumption:Following the tendency of sustainable development across the nations, Fiti reinforces the waste reduction from the origin of production, participates into resource recycling, promotes the purchase of green products, and adopts recyclable and resource-economizing merchandises with minimized pollution to diminish the impact to the environment.

04. Zero hazard:Fiti promotes overall deployment of occupational safety and health management system and to provide safe and healthy workplaces to eliminate OH&S hazard/risks, facilitate both mental and physical health conditions of all employees, and dedicates our efforts to reducing safety issues to none.

05. Total quality management:Fiti encourages all employees to fully participate into quality management, implement the quality system, and take reaction in a timely manner to meet the target of zero defect..

RBA Management System Policy

Labor Policy

Respect human rights; follow “people oriented” management strategy.

01. Freely Chosen Employment: Ensure all employment is voluntary. Forced, bonded (including debt bondage), or indentured labor, involuntary or exploitative prison labor, and slavery or trafficking of persons are prohibited.

02. Young Workers:Child labor (under the age of 15) is not to be used in any stage of manufacturing, and employing workers under the minimum age for employment in the country is prohibited. Underage workers shall not perform work that is likely to jeopardize their health or safety, including hazardous works.

03. Working Hours: Work and rest conform to Labor Standards Act, Labor Law, or rules and regulations established by local government labor agencies.

04. Wages and Benefits:Wages paid to workers shall strictly follow local government wage laws, and clearly publicize various company managements to the employees.

05. Humane Treatment: There is to be no harsh or inhumane treatment, including violence, gender-based violence, sexual harassment, sexual abuse, corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, bullying, public shaming or verbal abuse of workers.

06. Fair Respect and Privacy Protection: Does not engage in discrimination or harassment based on race, color, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, ethnicity or national origin, disability, pregnancy, religion, political affiliation, union membership, covered veteran status, protected genetic information or marital status in hiring and employment practices.

07. Freedom of Association: Respects the freedom of speech and the freedom of association of employees.

Ethics Policy

01. All business interactions are to be conducted honestly.

02. Engaging in activities conflicting with company interest is prohibited.

03. Gift giving and entertainments should be appropriate.

04. Bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement are prohibited.
