Stakeholder Engagement and Communication

FITI Group conducts stakeholder engagement in accordance with the GRI Standards and the AA1000 Stakeholder Engagement Standard (AA1000SES). With reference to the five core principles outlined in AA1000SES—dependency, responsibility, impact, diverse perspectives, and tension—the Group identifies and categorizes its stakeholders into seven key groups: customers, government agencies, local communities, banks, shareholders/investors, suppliers/contractors, and employees.

FITI Group places great importance on open and constructive communication with stakeholders and is committed to effective stakeholder engagement through diversified communication channels. These efforts are intended to achieve the following objectives:
· Uphold professionalism and innovation to enhance the quality of customer service
· Strengthen information disclosure to reinforce government trust in the Group
· Maintain two-way communication with shareholders, investors, and banks to achieve positive evaluations
· Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to build a sustainable value chain
· Convey care and support to communities and employees, thereby enhancing a sense of identification and belonging

Outcomes of Stakeholder Engagement

Through ongoing communication and collaboration with stakeholders, the Group identifies stakeholder concerns and incorporates them into the determination of its annual material issues. These engagement outcomes support the disclosure of sustainability objectives and policy directions, enable the Group to meet stakeholder expectations, and mitigate potential impacts on stakeholders.
