Chemical Cleaning

Fiti has advanced chemical cleaning lines to meet ICP-MS and LPC requirements in addition to conventional cleaning line for general cleanliness.

Chemical Conversion Coating

Both colorless and gold CCC processes in Fiti do not contain hexavalent chromium, which meets MIL-DTL-5541 Type II requirements. Salt spray resistance capability of colorless coating is more than 168 hours.

Anodizing

Multiple anodizing treatment processes can meet different requirements from customers.

【 Hard Anodization 】

‧ Corrosion Resistance : ≥ 4 hours

‧ Microhardness : ≥ 400 HV

【 Sulfuric Acid Anodization 】

‧ Coating Thickness : 5~25μm

‧ Color : Red/Yellow/Blue/Black

【 Oxalic Acid Anodization 】

‧ Corrosion Resistance : ≥ 4 hours

‧ Microhardness : ≥ 350 HV

Nickel Plating

Fiti specializes in manufacturing complex ENP parts, including large chamber body and high-precision holes.

Fiti's SNP has uniform appearance and good adhesion on substrates, which can be applied to different component features including grooves and flat surfaces.
