Foxsemicon encourages childbirth and supports expecting employees. Beyond unpaid parental leave, family care leave, maternity leave, pregnancy check-up leave, and paternity leave, we provide lactation rooms and reserved parking for pregnant staff to ensure a convenient and safe environment. Additionally, a childbirth subsidy of NT$2,000 per child is provided to both employees and their spouses.
