Fiti has nearly 20 years of experience of surface treatment manufacturing, and has established representative surface treatment capabilities for semiconductor equipment.

Surface treatment technologies cover chemical cleaning , chemical conversion coating, nickel plating, anodizing and electro-polishing.

The surface treatment processes of Fiti cover chemical cleaning, electro polishing, chemical conversion coating, anodizing and nickel plating.

♦ Chemical Cleaning: Fiti has advanced chemical cleaning lines to meet ICP-MS and LPC requirements in addition to conventional cleaning line for general cleanliness.

♦ Electro-Polishing: Remove burrs or improve brightness of aluminum and stainless steel parts.

♦ Chemical Conversion Coating on Aluminum Alloy: Both colorless and gold CCC processes in Fiti do not contain hexavalent chromium, which meets environmentally friendly requirements.

♦ Anodizing:Multiple anodizing treatment processes can meet different requirements from customers.
