Sharing Dragon Boat Festival Blessings and Caring for Vulnerable Communities — FITI Group Employees Join Hands in a Dual-Purpose Charity Initiative

Ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, FITI Group organized a charity mung bean cake workshop, inviting employees to transform festive blessings into meaningful actions through hands-on participation. A total of 30 employees enthusiastically joined the event, contributing 60 volunteer service hours while demonstrating the collective commitment of both the company and its employees to social responsibility and community engagement.
This initiative combined support for social enterprises and care for vulnerable communities. FITI Group partnered with Downpastry as the instructor for the hands-on workshop, supporting its ongoing efforts in employment empowerment and social inclusion. Under the guidance of professional instructors, employees participated in every step of the mung bean cake-making process, including shaping, sealing, and packaging, to create festive gift boxes filled with warmth and goodwill.
The completed gift boxes were donated to the Holy Family Center for the Intellectually Disabled, Hsinchu Catholic Diocese. Through their direct involvement in the production and donation process, employees demonstrated genuine care for disadvantaged groups while helping foster a more inclusive and compassionate society. By simultaneously supporting a social welfare organization and extending care to vulnerable communities, FITI Group transformed holiday blessings into tangible acts of kindness, further advancing its commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
