Foxsemicon Thailand Chonburi Plant Inaugurated, Marking a New Milestone in Global Manufacturing Expansion

Chonburi, Thailand – November 11, 2025
Foxsemicon Integrated Technology, Inc. (“Foxsemicon”) today announced the inauguration of its new manufacturing facility in Chonburi, Thailand, marking a significant milestone in the company’s global manufacturing expansion.
To mitigate geopolitical risks, strengthen its Business Continuity Program (BCP) resilience, and support its ongoing global expansion and multi-site manufacturing strategy, Foxsemicon has invested USD 292 million through its Thai subsidiary UniEQ to establish two new production bases in Chonburi and Rayong. The new facilities focus on manufacturing critical modules, components, and consumables for front-end semiconductor process equipment, enhancing production flexibility and supply chain stability to meet customer needs and the growing demand for semiconductor equipment.
The grand opening of the Chonburi Plant represents a significant advancement in Foxsemicon’s manufacturing capabilities and reaffirms the company’s commitment to enhancing supply chain resilience and localized production. The facility is expected to commence mass production in the first half of 2026, providing additional capacity to support the company’s strategic operational growth.
The inauguration ceremony was led by Mr. Kevin Chiu, CEO and President, together with the executive team, and attended by representatives from the Thai government, customers, and officials from Taiwan, who joined to witness this important milestone in Foxsemicon’s international expansion.
Foxsemicon’s global manufacturing footprint now spans Taiwan, China, Thailand, and the United States. The four sites operate collaboratively and flexibly, further strengthening the resilience of the company’s global manufacturing network and enabling greater efficiency and stable delivery to support strategic growth.
