FITI Group Runs with Employees in the 2025 Hsinchu City Marathon Advancing Sustainability and Well-Being Together

FITI Group upholds the vision of “Sustainable Growth, Advancing Together,” and continues to drive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives. This year, we are sponsoring 100 employees to join the 2025 Hsinchu City Marathon, strengthening our workplace culture with health, teamwork, and sustainable development.
The 2025 Hsinchu City Marathon, scheduled for November 16, will showcase Hsinchu’s unique blend of technology, culture, and natural scenery. The event features a full marathon (42.195 km), half marathon (21 km), 10K run, and fun run (approx. 4 km). With the theme “Run Like Wind,” it is expected to attract over 12,500 runners.
As one of Taiwan’s signature marathon events, the Hsinchu City Marathon not only highlights the city’s character but also strengthens bonds between communities and industries. While promoting fitness, the marathon also emphasizes eco-friendly practices and community engagement, underscoring how sports can foster sustainable growth. For FITI, participation goes beyond sponsorship — it represents a meaningful step toward encouraging healthy lifestyles, deepening community ties, and advancing sustainability.
FITI has long embraced a people-centered approach to workplace well-being, encouraging employees to cultivate exercise habits that enhance both physical and mental resilience. Through this initiative, we aim to raise awareness of wellness and sustainability among our team and the broader community.
For FITI, sustainability is not a slogan but an ongoing effort. We will continue to promote ESG through initiatives that support employee well-being, corporate social responsibility, local sporting events, and sustainable cities.
