Policy of Environment, Safety and Hygiene(ESH)
All materials and tools used in the manufacturing process, including facilities, metal, chemicals, gases, water, and electricity are well managed in daily operations. Foxsemicon's activities such as manufacturing and unit assembly not only meet ESH legal requirements but also should be benchmarked against recognized international practices. Therefore, Foxsemicon sets up a policy as follows.

We are committed to striving toward the following goals and making continuous improvements:
- 1. Implement ISO-14001 Environment Management System and substantially abide by environment protection regulations and pollution prevention to assume environment protection liabilities.
- 2. Promote reduction of process waste Brecycling resources and controlling hazards in working environment.
- 3. Make continuous efforts on employee training and implementation of all staff participation in environment protection to effectively improve the performance of ESH.
- 4. Announce environment protection policy to suppliers, customers and neighbors for creating a friendly neighborhood as well as promote the company's reputation to achieve the goal of a sustainable development.
Organization of Environment, Safety and Hygiene
We acknowledge versatile and increasing importance of environment protection issues and the continuous growth of plant facilities and number of employees. Consequently, a first-level unit -the ESH Office- was established in 2003 along with the existing ESH Committee. In order to plan, promote, and implement ESH issues of the entire company, environment management system was introduced by the end of 2004 for carrying out related environment protection projects and activities.
